The overarching strategy focuses on translating a cozy, homestyle culinary narrative into a sophisticated boutique cafe environment that balances a warm, welcoming neighborhood atmosphere with a clear, corporate operational logic. The customer journey is explicitly built into the spatial layout, creating an upscale, curated, and amber-lit environment that unrolls the moment a visitor steps into the lush, green garden compound surrounding the entrance.
